If you are still having trouble accessing your FB ad account, this may help solve the following questions:

I can't run facebook ads

Facebook account has been connected but FB ad account not listed

I can see my Fb account integrated within the connections tab, but when creating an event it doesn't fetch my ad account

 

Solution: Try logging into your Givebot account and going here https://app.givebot.com/facebook/ads/adprofile/
If we do not have access to your Ad account, then there should be a pop up that appears letting you know of the missing permission and allows you to authorize Givebot access to your ad account.
Once this is connected you will be able to add your FB ad account as a business asset.

Solution: Before Givebot can interact with your accounts you will first want to be sure that you have added your business assets to the specific items you want Givebot to use.

To do this log into your Givebot account here and go here https://app.givebot.com/user/account/#businesses you can click the settings button for your business and this will take you where you need to be.
Once there you can select your asset(s) from the drop down menu provided.
Be sure to save your changes once you are done and you should see those assets appear in the Givebot features you wish to use.

Once you are logged in on the left side in the navigation menu you will see an option for connections, and if you click that you will be taken to a new screen where you will see various tabs to connect Autoresponders, Social Accounts, etc.

Simply click the tab for what you would like to connect and follow the steps from there to connect your account.

To access the GiveBot software, log in at: https://app.givebot.com/ or click the menu link in your training area marked "DASHBOARD".
 

Recover Password

Under the login, click the "Forgot Password" link under the login.
